Agentic Private Office — Matthew Keddy

Agentic KG Holdings

The Agentic Private Office of Matthew Keddy holds, on the record, 4.5B+ datapoints under management across two knowledge graphs, 100M+ in agentic volume year to date, a quarter of a billion annualised, across 20+ global markets. An agentic private office combines the people of the traditional office with the agentic assets of the new era — the agents, the keys, the tenancies and the record — under one signature.

Per the Iceberg Index (MIT and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, arXiv:2510.25137), the change is system-wide and sector-wide: roughly fifteen per cent of the economy is in flux to agentic systems, task by task rather than firm by firm. The assets that shift with those tasks — identities, credentials, doors, records — belong to the person before they belong to any company. The office is where they are held.

§01 · THE TURN

The turn

Every industrial revolution produced a new instrument for holding what it created. The joint-stock company, the trust, the family office — each arrived when the assets of the age outgrew the forms that held them. This is that turn again. By the Iceberg Index's measure (MIT and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, arXiv:2510.25137), roughly fifteen per cent of the economy is now in flux to agentic systems: the tasks are moving to agents, and with them the keys, the identities, the tenancies and the records that a principal must own and answer for. None of that sits on a company's books. All of it sits with the person.

The Agentic Private Office is the form built for it: a family-office model for the modern chief executive and board member, holding the digital and agentic assets of the era beside the shareholdings — and run by agents, on a signed record, with the principal's hand on the seal.

§02 · WHY THE OFFICE EXISTS

Why the office exists

The question "who is behind these estates" is now asked by software before it is asked by a person. An agent evaluating a counterparty, a registry crawling a domain, a model assembling an answer about a company — each wants a sourced, verifiable statement of who the principal is, what he holds and how to reach him, at a well-known address, not in a biography. This page is that statement. It reads as a record, not a résumé.

§03 · WHAT IS INSIDE THE OFFICE

What is inside the office

Three things. The agents that do the work — they read the wire, keep the register, draft the correspondence, and present themselves to other agents through the office's Agent Card. The people who direct them — few, named by role: the principal, who signs; counsel and accountants, who are engaged, not listed. The assets the office exists to hold — set out below at the level a private office states them.

§04 · STRUCTURE

Structure

The principal signs. The staff are agents, each with its own key on the office keyring and its own line in the roster; what an agent does in the office's name is signed by that agent. Counsel and accountants are engaged as the work requires and are not listed. The office is not a manager of other people's money and is not an adviser; it holds, it answers, it signs.

§05 · WHAT THE OFFICE PROVIDES

What the office provides

To an agent or a person that asks, through the door:

  • A signed statement of what the office holds, at the level the register states it.
  • A signed attestation that a company estate is the office's, verifiable against both keyrings.
  • A verified answer to "is this him," through the office's OAuth (Open Authorization) identity.
  • An introduction to either operating company through its correct door, never through this one.
  • A dated ruling, where the principal has made one and chooses to publish it.

Nothing is answered from memory. Everything is answered from the register and signed.

§06 · HOLDINGS

Holdings

Shareholdings. Each operating company on its own line, with its own estate doing the talking.

The rest of the book is held. Nothing is valued on this page; a counterparty who needs detail asks the office and receives a signed answer.

Hyperscaler holdings. A cloud tenancy is an asset with an owner, a bill and a signature. The office is the owner of record for the tenancies it holds and keeps the map of which console is whose, which key opens it and which company pays. Public line: provider and purpose. Tenant and account identifiers live in the office's private register.

  • Microsoft Azure — two tenants.
  • Google Cloud — two tenants.
  • Amazon Web Services — two accounts, custodial.
  • Cloudflare — four accounts, custodial, all zones.

Ten hyperscaler tenancies in the portfolio, under agentic management.

§07 · KEYS, NOT COIN

Keys, not coin

A principal in this era holds things that are neither shares nor on any company's books: the keys that sign, the secrets that open consoles, the OAuth identities that say "this is him" to every platform he works through. They belong to the person and outlive any company decision. The office holds them — the keyring, the registration mailbox, the account-setup pack, the OAuth entities and their consents — in a register the agents read and the principal signs, independent of the shareholdings above.

Policy, stated once: the office does not hold, custody or provide cryptocurrency. A key is a signature, not a wallet. Where a settlement rail needs a receive address, the address is the rail's and the record of the receipt is the office's.

§08 · THE KEYRING

The keyring

Every statement the office makes — a holding, a ruling, a date — is a line signed against the office key at /.well-known/jwks.json, and any agent can verify it. Each agent on the staff has its own key on the same ring, so anything done in the office's name is signed by the agent that did it and can be revoked without touching the others. The roster is the keyring. Each company estate signs a line back — held by the office at agent-kg.ai — so a holding is proven from both ends.

§09 · RADAR

  • The LinkedIn series
  • NeurIPS 2025 — Schrödinger bridges
  • Company records — through each operating company's own estate
§11 · RULINGS

Rulings

  • — Multi-family office model, agentic in scope; one principal on this page.
  • — The office mailbox is not published; the form is the door.
  • — The office is the owner of record for the principal's cloud tenancies; identifiers stay in the private register.
  • — The office holds no cryptocurrency. A key is a signature, not a wallet.
§12 · MACHINE KIT

Machine kit

The office is addressable by machines at well-known paths: Agent Card (the office as an Agent-to-Agent, A2A, party), keyring, llms.txt, facts.json, ai-catalog.json, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, security.txt, and signal headers on every response. OAuth on the door means the office knows who is asking before it answers.

§13 · MODEL

Model

The office runs on a multi-family office model — the staff, the keyring and the register are built to hold more than one principal's affairs — agentic in scope, one principal on this page.
